Taylor Swift could have another obsessed fan on her hands — because a 58-year-old man is claiming he’s her boyfriend and needs a gun to protect her … this according to cops. Law enforcement sources in New Hampshire tell TMZ … a guy was at…
The disturbing rumors were turned into a frightening reality on the season 2 premiere of From Not to Hot:
June Shannon has a boyfriend.
As previously confirmed, his name is Geno Doak… he’s 42 years old… and he has unusual taste in women.
The television world was introduced to June’s lover on Friday night when she and her kids returned for the second go-around of their surprisingly popular series.
After growing suspicious of their mother and suspecting that her extreme weight loss had caused some dude to fall for her, children Lauren and Alana followed her to bingo one evening.
What they witnessed there was then burned into their eye sockets forever.
And ours as well.
“She’s kissing him!” Honey Boo Boo said as the couple exited a building and shared a smooch an hour after they had walked in.
“What kind of guy takes mama on a date to bingo?”
When June arrived home after her night out, she faced an interrogation session from her two daughters.
“Yes, I have found love y’all. I have a great wonderful guy, Geno, and I feel like a kid again,” explained Mama June, who dropped an incredible 300 pounds over the last year or so.
She is now a Size 4, which is a sentence we never thought we’d write.
“Geno knew me when I was heavy and I really think he’s here for the right reasons,” she continued, speaking to the camera and adding:
“I think he likes me for me, not for [fame] or me being skinny.”
We’re not here to judge (too much) or anything.
It really is amazing how many pounds Shannon has shed.
Yes, she did it through a controversial medical procedure, but one must also diet and exercise properly to keep this weight off.
At one point on the premiere, June said sneaking around with Geno was “hot… like foreplay,” yet she also said her main goal wasn’t to be all secretive.
She’d prefer to be open with her kids.
“Geno’s the first guy that I’ve dated really serious since I’ve lost the weight, and I’m trying to keep this one to myself to see how it’s going to work out,” she said.
“I hope this one works out, but honestly, I’ve had some terrible luck with guys and I’ve got really burnt. So, it’s really hard for me to fully trust him right now.”
That’s an understatement.
Ex-husband Matt “Sugar Bear” Thompson has been accused of assaulting Shannon, while an ex-boyfriend was actually convicted of molesting her oldest daughter.
Following a pottery class they took together, Geno and June agreed that it was time for the former to actually meet Shannon’s family.
“This is Geno, we’ve been dating for a couple months,” Mama June said, as Alana shook his hand and asked:
“What’s your intentions with my mama?”
Later on, Alana admitted to her mother that she feared the new romance would mean far less time spent together for mother and child.
“I mean, he’s a cool guy or whatever,” she said, before turning to her mom and inquiring:
Does that mean me and you ain’t going to hang out no more ’cause you have a boyfriend? You haven’t been around a lot.”
“I mean, now that y’all are getting older, it’s time for me to find somebody that I can be happy with. I’ve been single for so long and been devoted to y’all.”
We’ll see if this relationship lasts, however.
The season 2 finale may need a cliffhanger. Will it be a break-up or a proposal?
In another incident of body-shamed women clapping back at haters, body positive Instagrammer Melissa Gibson is speaking out after trolls flooded the comments of her New Year’s Eve photo.
This time, the shamers weren’t just giving her a hard time for daring to exist in her very curvy body.
They were slamming her and her slender boyfriend — claiming that she’s “too heavy” to be dating him.
Melissa Gibson is a law student. She’s also a body-positive Instagrammer.
She knows that any time that she posts a photo, she’s going to have haters trolling the comments.
Some will pretend to be concerned for her “health.”
Others will just be straight-up hateful. Why? Ultimately, they probably hope to make her feel bad in order to feel powerful. Which is profoundly sad.
Like other body-positive women on the internet, Melissa knows this. She sadly expects these comments.
But when she posted photos of herself and her boyfriend, Johnathan, ringing in 2018 together, she got a different kind of criticism and hate.
She was told by haters that she was too large to be with her boyfriend, who is smaller than she is.
That’s a horrible thing to say. Or think. (And we’d wager that fewer of these haters would have said anything if it had been a smaller woman beside a larger boyfriend)
Speaking to People, Melissa Gibson spoke about the response that she received.
“As a fat woman on the internet, comments about my weight and health are very common.”
That’s terrible on its own.
“But these were especially disturbing because they were in reference to my relationship on a post that was about us celebrating the New Year together.”
And, as she points out, it wasn’t even a post in which she was drawing attention to her size. She was literally just standing beside her boyfriend, fully dressed.
“The post was innocent, nothing about our bodies — but simply being visible with my thin boyfriend became an opportunity for strangers to express their opinions about fatness, my body and our relationship.”
Melissa waited a couple of days after receiving the negative comments, and posted another photo with her boyfriend.
This time, her caption was prepared for this particular strain of haters.
“When taking a picture in a sparkly dress next to the man you love makes people comment about your body, question your relationship, make judgments about him for loving you.”
It’s a sort of fat-shaming by proximity, where people assume that there’s something wrong with her partner that “explains” why he’s with her.
Her caption continues:
“Our relationship is political. Even though we both know how natural and right it feels. And if the world won’t just let us be, we will keep fighting for our love, for our space, for our right to be seen, accepted without question, and celebrated.”
So many people have to do that, still, in 2018. It’s so sad.
“In all honesty it’s silly to think it bothers people so much, but when privileged people base their value on attraction and relationships, it results in the plethora of relationships that look like mine being erased and delegitimized. Like somehow I don’t deserve him or our love isn’t real.”
That’s a little complex, but basically, sometimes people feel threatened by people who don’t look like they do, and by relationships that don’t look like their own.
“We are exactly what each other wants, and guess what, our bodies are a part of that. It’s not a abnormal or a fetish. It’s simply natural. So while you insist on yelling your insecurities and bigotry at me, realize I’m not playing the game you play any longer.”
Speaking to People about that follow-up post, Melissa writes:
“I wrote that post not to the people who made judgments about our relationship, but for every person who has ever felt like they did not fit into the mold of what our society believes relationships look like.”
“I wanted to give a voice to the normality and naturalness of my relationship and other’s that look like mine.”
Plus size women, women of color, disabled women, and trans women can all have to deal with people called chasers. People who fetishize them for the same qualities that make bigots loathe them.
Some of these haters assume that Johnathan must be one such chaser.
But that’s not what Melissa Gibson describes. She’s just in a loving relationship that is, frankly, none of anyone’s business.

Mama June Shannon is coming back with a second season of Mama June: From Not to Hot!
This time, she’s taking a stab at becoming a beauty queen. Yes, the erstwhile pageant mom is going to become a pageant contestant, putting to the test her new figure.
And she’s also seeing a mystery man. And though we have to wait to see him on the show, June can’t help but gush about him.
In the first season of Mama June: From Not to Hot, we saw a lot more than June Shannon’s weight loss struggle and powerful transformation.
Obviously, that was the primary, ongoing storyline — but this is reality television, folks. Not a medical documentary.
It followed June’s personal life and her “private” drama.
Including her ex’s engagement and marriage, which visibly rocked her to her core.
But now, it looks like it’s Mama June’s turn at finding new romance.
Mama June Shannon returns for a second season, and in one part of the big teaser, we see her daughters watching as she kisses an unidentified mystery man.
Apparently, June tries to avoid kissing and telling, but her daughters aren’t fooled.
“I don’t know why mama is trying to say, ‘oh, I didn’t kiss him, I didn’t kiss him.’ We’ve seen it with our own two eyes.”
But … who is he?
Though Mama June’s taste in men in the past was so bad that Here Comes Honey Boo-Boo was literally canceled when she started dating a sex offender, June tells People that this guy’s the real deal.
“It’s hard to be able to trust somebody, and it was a lot of walls that he had to break down with me and the girls, honestly …..”
Well, given her romantic history, that makes sense.
“He’s my rock and my best friend. We’re together 24 hours a day.”
In case the 24/7 togetherness makes you worry, June clarifies that this isn’t something super clingy.
“I mean it’s kind of weird that we don’t really have to do anything. We can just chill at the house, or chill with the kids, or just go to the store.”
That’s a sign of a healthy relationship — platonic or romantic.
“I’ve never been able to enjoy somebody as much as I have him.”
That sounds wonderful … but also sad.
Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson tells Life & Style that she’s delighted for her mother’s new relationship.
“I feel very happy because I’ve never seen her smile this much, I swear — ever in her life. She’s always grinning. Always grinning. She always says it’s the little things that matter and he does the little things.”
That’s great but, again … imagine never having seen your mother truly be happy before. That’s heartbreaking.
Mama June discusses the idea of marrying this man.
“For the first time in my life, I would say the [m-word] and Mama June in the same sentence — but a piece of paper isn’t going to change my love for him and it wouldn’t, ever.”
“Nowadays, you don’t have to get married to show that you love somebody,” June continues. “A piece of paper doesn’t show that.”
Of course, when asked if they would televise the wedding, Alana exclaims:
“You know you would!”
Honestly, we don’t know if June is commitment-shy or just leery of giving this mystery man access to her finances.
She is, after all, a millionaire. But then, prenups exist. So maybe she has her own reasons and shouldn’t be rushed, folks.
“Nowadays, you don’t have to get married to show that you love somebody. A piece of paper doesn’t show that.”
If you watched last night’s episode of Vanderpump Rules, you know that prodigal SUR girl Lala Kent once again denied dating a married man.
It was a strange scene, not only because Lala appeared to be wearing a shirt with photos of herself on it, but also because she totally was dating a married man!
Folks, we’re not throwing shade, just stating facts.
Kent is dating Randall Emmett, who is 19 years her senior, was married to actress Ambyr Childress until two weeks ago, and of course, is rich enough that she won’t have to fly commercial until she hits 30.
So yes, when that episode of Vanderpump filmed last summer, Lala was 100% dating a married dude.
For the first year of their relationship, Lala and Randall kept things on the down-low, but now that he finalized his divorce (which just happened), they’re a bit more open.
Just last month Lala and her sugar daddy were spotted at the kind of rinky-dink Hollywood event attended by third-tier reality stars and guys who produce 50 Cent’s Starz series.
And now they’re 100% Instagram official:
Look, we’re not gonna fault Lala for staying onn her grind, but there are two aspects of this situation that she’ll take issue with:
For starters, she went nuclear on pretty much everyone who rightly pointed out that she was dating a married guy who bought her a truck.
In the case of Katie Maloney, she basically tried to destroy the woman simply for pointing out what was painfully obvious to everyone who knew Lala or watched five seconds of Vanderpump last season.
On top of that–and this is the truly unforgivable part–Lala is apparently one of those people who sees New Year’s Eve as an opportunity to post long self-absorbed diatribes about how much they’ve grown and changed in the past year.
As a caption for the above photo of her getting close with her beloved private jet-accesser, Lala wrote:
“2017… You were tough. You were amazing. You made me cry. You made me smile. & sometimes you really sucked. But look where You brought me- Just as a human being.
“The growth I feel is like nothing else,” Kent continued.
“I want everyone to remember to shake things off. Go with your heart, go with your gut.
“Trust your mind. People can say things. People can write things… but no one in the entire world knows your truth. Only you do. Never forget that.”
Lala is a totally deep and compassionate, you guys.
Unless you’ve ever flown commercial, in which case, don’t talk to her.
Watch Vanderpump Rules online to see Lala give James Kennedy a run for his money in the heated race for the title of Very Worst Person.
Sam Smith and Brandon Flynn caught some rays Thursday in South Florida … strolling down the street with unmistakable signs they’re a couple. Sam and the “13 Reasons Why” star grabbed some lunch during the trip to Brandon’s family home for the…
Lala Kent can breathe a huge sigh of relief.
The Vanderpump Rules star has received a lot of criticism about her relationship with Randall Emmett because it allegedly started while he was still married to Ray Donovan actress Ambyr Childers.
According to E! News, Emmett, and Childers are now officially divorced, so that should end the whole saga about Lala getting jiggy with a married man.
Randall married Ambyr back in 2009, but the pair separated in 2015. They apparently gave the relationship another go but separated again in 2016.
Fans questioned the status of the divorce earlier this month when Randall and Lala were spotted getting intimate at a FabFitFun event.
If you watch Vanderpump Rules online, you will already know that Lala’s relationship with Randall has taken up the bulk of her story on the show.
She was embroiled in a bitter feud with costars, Katie Maloney, Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute, and the girls were not quiet about Emmett being the one to fund her lavish lifestyle.
Lala did not want to name her boyfriend on the show and felt like it was best to depart as the rumors continued to swirl about her.
“I think just the negativity finally got to me. I’m not good at separating real life from work, so it started trickling into my everyday relationships with people who have nothing to do with the show,” Kent dished to E! news after news broke about her departure.
The SUR hostess could not handle the side dish of scrutiny that the rest of the cast and the legion of fans served up to her.
With rumors that she was making her friends sign NDA agreements, it became apparent that something was not quite right with the narrative Lala was creating on the show.
Even after her departure from the hit series, she could not stop trashing the witches of WeHo, and the whole (Bravo) world was shocked when it emerged that Lala had put her beef with the ladies aside.
With that said, nobody was surprised when Lala wormed her way back on to the show. She was quick to confirm to Lisa Vanderpump that she had lied and understood why everyone at SUR hated her.
Lisa was glad that Kent was being open and honest about her life, and was especially glad that Lala confirmed her man “is not an ATM machine.”
At this point, we’re convinced SUR has more staff than customers. People must be duking it out to get a shift in the establishment.
It’s unclear whether we will get to see Lala do battle with any of her former enemies, but we’re sure the official trailer for Vanderpump Rules Season 6 would have teased as much if there was any filmed footage.
It looks like the rumors of Kent brawling in the elegant halls of SUR were all fodder. What do we have to do to see Lala and Kristen in a shouting match?
It would be the wittiest argument in the history of Bravo.
What do you think about all of this?
