Princess Charlotte Kisses Prince Louis and the Internet Collectively Melts

Simply put, photographs may not get any more adorable than this.

On Saturday afternoon, Prince William and Kate Middleton surprised their many millions of fans by sharing two new photos of their precious new bundle of joy.

In the first image, Prince Louis is being cradled and kissed by big sister Charlotte and the resulting image is nearly too cute to handle:

Little Louis, of course, came into the world on April 23.

Following months of excitement and even speculation that Middleton was pregnant with twins, the Royal Couple announced on a Monday morning that Charlotte and Prince George now have a brother.

“Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101 hrs,” read the official Kensington Palace statement at the time.

It then added two key pieces of information:

“The baby weighs 8 lbs 7 oz. The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth.”

Louis was born in Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in London – where the couple’s other kids were also born – and is dressed in all white for his pair of new photos.

In the one below, Louis is on his own, giving social media users their first true and clear glimpse and his angelic face:

This second photo was reportedly snapped on April 26, when Louis was just three days old.

(And on which Charlotte turned three years old.)

In the past, William and Kate waited about a month before dropping similar professional pictures on the world of their children.

“Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank members of the public for all of the kind messages they have received following the birth of Prince Louis, and for Princess Charlotte’s third birthday,” Kensington Palace announced this week.

Back in early June of 2015, Kate and William unveiled this snapshot of George and Charlotte in a similar pose.

Seriously, do these two know how to make beautiful babies or what?!?

In a brief statement to the media shortly after his second son was born, William said Louis is sleeping about as strongly as one could expect and that his mother was doing pretty “well.”

We’re so very glad to hear it.

Along other Royal lines, we recently learned that Pippa Middleton is also pregnant; while Prince Harry will marry Meghan Markle on Saturday, May 19.

It is unlikely that we will see Prince Louis in public until his christening, however.

Kensington Palace has confirmed that the newborn royal will not be attending the royal wedding.”

Still: Wow, huh?

Talk about crazy and exciting times for all involved.

We wish the very, VERY best to Kate, William and their three kids.

“I don’t know how I’m going to cope with three. I’m going to be permanently tired,” William has said prior to Louis’ birth, echoing the sentiments of nearly every parent out there.

But if anyone can do it, we think he and Kate can pull this off.

And if they ever need babysitting help… hey, we’re just a phone call away!

Princess Charlotte Starts Preschool, Poses for Cutest Photos EVER

The world may be anxiously awaiting the birth of Kate Middleton’s third child, but we’d like to take a moment and pay tribute to her second child.

Not because there’s anything wrong with Princess Charlotte, of course.

But because there’s so much right with the two-year old.

Namely, she is REALLY cute!

On Monday morning, the toddler started her run at Willcocks Nursery School, which is situated next door to London’s Royal Albert Hall and which is very close to her family’s Kensington Palace home.

In recognition of the life milestone, the Royal Family unveiled two new portraits of Charlotte, who turns three years old on May 2.

And, in a fun little twist, both were snapped by Middleton herself!

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share two photographs of Princess Charlotte at Kensington Palace this morning,” said a Palace spokesman along with the snapshots, adding:

“The images were taken by The Duchess shortly before Princess Charlotte left for her first day of nursery at the Willcocks Nursery School.”

Seriously, Kate, it’s not enough for you to be beautiful, fashionable, and, by all accounts, charitable and kind?

You must be an ace photographer as well?!?

Charlotte posed for the very cute photos on the steps outside her Kensington Palace residence, holding on to a railing in the picture immediately above.

The tiny Royal donned a $ 150 burgundy Razorbil wool coat by Amaia and paired  itwith stone-colored tights, red shoes and a matching red bow.

She carried a pink backpack by Cath Kidston.

Saying of Charlotte’s famous parents, an insider told People Magazine:

“They chose [this school] because they thought it would be an ideal first step for Charlotte’s education and they were impressed by the team who work there.”

Makes sense. That’s basically why any parents would choose any school.

Charlotte’s older brother, Prince George, started nursery school at the same age as Charlotte, back in in January of 2016.

(He’s now four years old. How crazy is that?!?)

George attended a Montessori school just a short drive from the family’s country house, Anmer Hall.

He began his educational life on a part-time basis, however, while Charlotte will be attending full time. She’s clearly serious about school already.

This is all very exciting, of course. And we wish Charlotte the best.

But the real exciting news for her parents is that they are about to become parents again!

She’s due in April and may be having twins, which, if true, would more or less cause the Internet to explode.

And right after Kate gives birth, Prince Harry will marry Meghan Markle.

Indeed, it’s a very busy time for members of the Royal Family.

Princess Charlotte: See the New Official Portrait!

We interrupt the latest talk over Kate Middleton’s next child to bring you an update on one of her current children.

And that update is twofold:

  1. Princess Charlotte is about to turn two years old.
  2. Princess Charlotte is adorable!

Middleton and her handsome husband, Prince William, have released a new official photo of their daughter, just one day before she celebrates a birthday.

In the precious snapshot, which was taken by her beloved mother  on the grounds of the family’s Norfolk home, Charlotte’s longer hair is held back by a medium-sized navy bow.

She’s rocking a yellow cardigan that is perfect for the spring.

And she has an inscrutable, half-smirk across her lips that makes little Charlotte look older than she really is.

See for yourself:

In a statement, William and Kate said they were “delighted to share” the photo, as they thanked “everyone for all of the lovely messages they have received, and hope that everyone enjoys this photograph of Princess Charlotte as much as they do.”

Here is the statement in full:

“The Duke and Duchess are very pleased to share this photograph as they celebrate Princess Charlotte’s second birthday.

Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank everyone for all of the lovely messages they have received, and hope that everyone enjoys this photograph of Princess Charlotte as much as they do.”

Charlotte, of course, has a brother named George and her parents have done an admirable job shielding both of these toddlers from the spotlight.

The last time we heard from Charlotte, in fact, she had just turned a year old.

Last May, Middleton and William also released a few new portraits of Charlotte, with the one immediately below likely being our favorite of the bunch:

Kensington Palace has not yet revealed how the family plans to celebrate Charlotte’s birthday tomorrow.

But you can guess how the Internet will celebrate the occasion:

By searching like crazy for stories about Kate Middleton being pregnant and trying to determine for certain whether the Duchess is once again expecting a Royal Cutie.

In general, this has been a big year for Charlotte.

She traveled on her first royal tour in September… and the world got their first glimpse at her fun and independent personality during her first public playdate in Canada.

There was also a publicized walk to church on Christmas morning, which preceded what will be her most-watched walk to date:

On May 20, Charlotte will serve as a bridesmaid in aunt Pippa Middleton’s wedding.

We’re already dying of cuteness just thinking about it.

But consider yourself warned:

This will ruin the rest of your day. You will stop being productive once you get a look at various images of this famous munchkin above. She’s just that adorable!

Charlotte Rae Diagnosed With Bone Cancer

Charlotte Rae has been diagnosed with bone cancer.

The 91-year-old actress confirmed the news in an emotional statement to PEOPLE.

“Last Monday, I found out I have bone cancer,” the Facts of Life star revealed.

“About seven years ago, I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer — which is a miracle that they found it because usually, it’s too late. My mother, sister and my uncle died of pancreatic cancer. After six months of chemotherapy, I was cancer-free. I lost my hair, but I had beautiful wigs. Nobody even knew.

“So now, at the age of 91, I have to make up my mind. I’m not in any pain right now. I’m feeling so terrific and so glad to be above ground,” she explains.

“Now I have to figure out whether I want to go have treatment again to opt for life. I love life. I’ve had a wonderful one already. I have this decision to make.”

She was supposed to start treatment on Thursday, but has confirmed she’s going to think on it for a while.

“I wanted to think about it first,” she says.

“I think I’m going to go for it. The side effects were not too bad when I did it originally. I’ve had a great life, but I have so many wonderful things happening. I’d like to choose life. I’m grateful for the life I’ve already had.”

Charlotte has a career in the industry that dates all the way back to 1954. She got her first big break on The United States Steel Hour as Ramona.

Her most recent appearance was on Disney Channel’s recently canceled, Girl Meets World.

Rae released a memoir in 2015 that chronicled some key events in her life, while confirming that she had a very positive outlook on life.

“At 91, every day is a birthday,” she says. “[In my book] I want to tell everybody to celebrate every day, to savor the day and be good to yourself, love yourself, and then you can be good to others and be of service to others.”

We wish Charlotte a speedy recovery.
