Blac Chynahad the LAPD at her home after a call came in alleging Chyna was intoxicated and neglecting her child.
Law enforcement sources tell us an anonymous person called in Sunday night and stated Chyna was drunk at her home. The caller claimed Chyna was in such bad shape, she couldn’t properly care for her daughter, Dream Kardashian.
Cops went to Chyna’s house and determined everything was fine, nobody was drunk, and Dream was being properly cared for. There was also a nanny at the home.
Sources close to the situation tell us earlier in the night, Chyna got in a fight with a member of her glam team and the incident may have triggered the call to cops.
As we reported — Chyna allegedly threw a drink at “Love & Hip Hop” star Alexis Skyy last week — in response to Skyy hanging out with Rob Kardashian. Rob posted a video of Skyy at his home just a couple days later.
We reached out to a rep for Chyna … so far, no word back.
R. Kelly knew good and well that his one-time protege (and future wife) Aaliyah was a 14-year-old child the same year he married her — which debunks a claim put forth by his lawyer that the singer was oblivious to her being a minor.
An old video of a documentary about R. Kelly from 1994 has resurfaced online and in this section … Kelly clearly acknowledges Aaliyah’s age (apparently, 14 at the time this was shot) as she records a song in the studio, with him serving as producer.
In the YouTube clip, you hear Kelly say clear as day … “Right now I’m producing a very talented lady — young lady. She’s 14, Aaliyah. She’s real street.”
Kelly went on to marry Aaliyah that same year, which reportedly got annulled shortly after. Despite this evidence of Kelly clearly being aware of Aaliyah’s age, the singer’s new attorney, Steven Greenberg, insisted to ABC News last week that his client was unaware of her being 15.
He says she must’ve lied about her age to legally marry Kelly, and that Kelly had “no idea.”
R. Kelly hasn’t said much about his marriage to Aaliyah or her age, but he told GQ in 2016, “I can tell you I loved her, I can tell you she loved me, we was very close. We were, you know, best best best best friends.”
Kelly and Aaliyah appeared together for a BET interview in 1994, where they denied they were in a romantic relationship … and played coy about her age, calling it a “secret.”
In light of this new video, Greenberg tells us … he misspoke during the ABC interview, and probably shouldn’t have put words in R. Kelly’s mouth, as he says he never spoke to Kelly about Aaliyah specifically.
Greenberg also says … “That was 20 years ago. I didn’t know him 20 years ago, I didn’t represent him 20 years ago. And, I wasn’t invited to any wedding.” That said, Greenberg insists that Kelly has told him that he has never “been with” with an underage girl.
Ashley claimed Weinstein shut her out of “Lord of the Rings” after she turned down his sexual demands. She says he blacklisted her from movie roles, including Peter Jackson’s enormous franchise as retaliation. She sued under the legal theory … “sexual harassment in professional relationship.”
A federal judge just ruled Judd and Weinstein did not have a relationship that fell within the law. Specifically, the judge said a producer/actress relationship was not covered under the law.
But, there’s more. The law was changed in 2018 to cover such relationships, but the judge said it could not be applied retroactively.
Kevin Spacey‘s lawyers tried to torpedo the sexual assault charge he now faces by trying to convince a judge … a sexual assault victim does not let his assailant grope him for 3 minutes.
Spacey’s lawyers went to court last week … trying to get an order blocking prosecutors from filing charges … on grounds of insufficient evidence.
According to the transcript — obtained by the Boston Globe — Spacey’s lawyers argued the man — who was 18 at the time — did not report the incident to authorities the night it happened or even the next day. The lawyers say he wasn’t interviewed in person for more than a year.
The alleged victim is the son of former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh, who publicly came forward last year, accusing Spacey of groping her son at the Club Car bar on Nantucket.
Spacey’s lawyers say the alleged victim told cops he was the one who approached Spacey in the bar, eventually exchanging phone numbers with the actor. They also claim he lied about his age, saying he was 23.
The lawyers disclosed Unruh told cops he drank between 8 and 10 drinks — beer and whiskey — in a little over an hour and was so drunk he may have blacked out.
The lawyers’ big point– Unruh allegedly told investigators Spacey groped him for around 3 minutes, claiming he didn’t move away from Spacey or tell him to stop. Attorney Alan Jackson told the judge, “That’s an incredibly long time to have a strange man’s hands in your pants, correct?”
The alleged victim told cops he couldn’t easily move away because the bar was packed.
The alleged victim sent his girlfriend a Snapchat video during the encounter, but Spacey’s attorney says all it shows is someone’s hand touching another person’s shirt … but no groping.”
The lawyers failed in their bid and Spacey was charged with felony indecent assault and battery.
Spacey released a bizarre video a few days ago, playing the role of his former character on “House of Cards,” President Frank Underwood, urging people not to prejudge the case.
