Jim Bob Duggar: Has He Cut Off Contact With Jinger?!

Not long after she married Jeremy Vuolo, Jinger Duggar began establishing herself as her famous family’s resident rebel.

The most obvious act of defiance is Jinger’s decision to start wearing pants, a violation of her parents’ dress code that reportedly didn’t sit well with patriarch Jim Bob.

But that’s not the only way that Jinger has taken to publicly flouting the Duggars’ famously strict code of conduct.

Jinger waited to get pregnant for more than a year after she got married.

She became the first of her generation to leave the Duggars’ home state of Arkansas when she and Vuolo relocated to Laredo, Texas.

There have even been rumors of Vuolo clashing with Jim Bob over major differences in religious doctrine.

And now it looks as though Jim Bob may have finally become fed up with Jinger’s rebellious tendencies.

As In Touch Weekly points out, eagle-eyed Duggar fans have noticed that Jim Bob and Michelle recently traveled to Texas … and there’s no indication that they took time out to visit the Vuolos in Laredo.

Just last week Jinger and Jeremy stopped by Magnolia, a Houston food and home goods market owned by Chip and Joanna Gaines.

Interestingly, Jim Bob and Michelle visited the same store just days later, but there’s no indication that they spent even a few hours with Jinger and Jeremy during their time in the Lone Star state,

Many have already jumped to the conclusion that this is all an indication of a major rift between Jim Bob and his headstrong daughter.

When Duggar women get married, it’s their husbands, not their fathers who determine the rules they’ll live by.

That’s one of the reasons potential suitors are so thoroughly vetted by Jim Bob.

But every so often, someone like Jeremy slips through the cracks.

A pro soccer player turned baptist preacher, Jeremy no doubt impressed Jim Bob a great deal when they first met.

But it wasn’t until after he and Jinger said “I do” that the extent of Jeremy’s relative liberalism was revealed, and it’s not hard to see how Jim Bob might feel threatened.

In the months since Jinger started wearing pants instead of skirts, two of her sisters have followed suit.

Sources close to the couple tell us that Jinger has essentially instructed Jinger to forget about Jim Bob’s rules.

He’s even taken to the pulpit to denounce Jim Bob’s outdated ideas about “modest attire” and the “woman’s work.”

Has the situation gotten so bad that Jinger and Jim Bob are no longer on speaking terms?

If that’s the case, you can expect the Duggars to do their best to keep the situation a secret … but knowing the obsessive nature of their fans, the truth likely won’t remain hidden for long.

Jill Duggar: Has She Cut Off Contact With Her Family?!

If you watched this week’s episode of Counting On, you got to witness the giddy joy of the Duggars as they learned that their already massive family is about to expand by one.

Yes, the entire clan learned that Joy-Anna Duggar was pregnant, but not everyone was able to receive the news in person.

Two of Joy’s sisters were informed of her big news via text message – Jinger because she’s relocated to Texas, and Jill because … well, no one knows exactly where Jill is these days.

The 26-year-old’s absence from last night’s episode had many fans wondering what could possibly compel Jill to miss something as monumental as her sister’s pregnancy announcement.

Many fans speculated that Jill is no longer living in Tontitown and may have once again left the country to perform missionary work.

Others theorized that her family has distanced themselves from Jill due to the fact that her husband, Derick Dillard, has been fired by TLC.

As is so often the case with this sort of thing, neither explanation is completely accurate … but neither is entirely without basis, either.

Currently, Jill is in Mexico with her husband and youngest son.

The family has reportedly embarked on a weeklong missionary excursion in Guadalajara.

The whereabouts of Jill and Derick’s eldest son, 2-year-old Samuel, are unknown, but it’s believed that he’s staying at the Duggar compound and being cared for by Michelle and the ever-attentive Jana.

But that’s a development of the last few days.

What fans want to know now is – where was Jill ten months ago when last night’s episode was filmed?

The answer to that question is a bit more complex.

Those who know the Dillards best say they have relocated to a smaller home in the interest of saving money.

(After all, the show was their sole source of income.)

The insiders insist that Jill wasn’t present for Joy’s announcement simply because she’s no longer appearing on Counting On.

They claim that Jill and Derick’s decision to move away from Tontitown was not the result of rocky relations with Jill’s family.

But they won’t go so far as to say all is well between the Dillards and the Duggars.

A common topic of discussion in Duggar-centric Reddit pages these days is the fact that several of Jill and Derick’s family members and former friends have recently unfollowed the couple on social media.

“The shunning begins… the Bates family have unfollowed Jill and Derick. Individual accounts unfollowing just Derick, meanwhile Ben unfollowed him, who’s next?” wrote one user.

“I predict that someone at Cross Church is going to have a ‘counseling session’ with Derick and then his account will abruptly disappear,” commented another.

“For as much as they probably agree with what he’s saying, at some point, they don’t want to be responsible for negative attention that this will invariably draw.”

“What he is doing is incredibly tacky. Twitter is not the place for personal, family or business grievances,” remarked a third.

Needless to say, all is not well between Jill and her family.

And as more Jill-free episodes of the Duggars’ reality show hit the air, you can expect fans to continue digging in hopes of unearthing the truth about just how bad the situation has gotten.

Jana Duggar: Has She Cut Off All Contact With Josh Duggar?!

It’s been two years since the Josh Duggar sex scandals shattered the wholesome image his family had worked so hard to cultivate over the years.

While a surprisingly large segment of the Duggars’ fan base has demonstrated a willingness to forgive Josh’s egregious crimes, some members of his family might not be so willing to move on.

Josh molested five young girls–four of whom were his sisters–and yet he was able to avoid criminal prosecution as a result of intervention from his parents.

Remarkably, some of his victims–most notably Jill and Jessa Duggar–have publicly forgiven their older brother.

Others who remember the nightmarish atmosphere of the “Duggar compound” in those days have not been so quick to move on.

Many fans now believe that Jana Duggar has continued to keep Josh at arm’s length, even as those around her have been quick to forget his appalling transgressions.

Unlike her sisters, Jana has not spoken publicly about the scandal, and it is unknown if she was one of Josh’s victims.

But as a surrogate mother to her younger siblings, it stands to reason that Jana would continue to be wary of her predatory older brother.

A video uploaded this week by Josh’s sister, Anna Duggar, has many Duggar obsessives wondering if Jana recently cut off contact with Josh, possibly due to a new transgression.

The clip, which features Josh and Anna’s daughter Meredith, seems designed to tug at Jana’s heartstrings.

“Do you miss Jana?” Anna asks from off camera.

“She’s far away,” Meredith responds.

Apparently believing that Jana is on the phone, Meredith says, “I can’t hear her… Jana, where are you?”

Needless to say, many viewers were moved by the video.

“She is so sweet that made me cry,” commented one follower.

“Awww quick FaceTime Jana because this baby looks too sad!” remarked another.

The comments section quickly erupted with speculation as to why Meredith hasn’t seen her favorite aunt in so long.

Many proposed that Meredith may be missing Jana because the 28-year-old has estranged herself from Josh and, by necessity, his family.

It would be nice to see someone in his inner circle refuse to let Josh off the hook, but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that that’s what’s happening here.

The Duggars are currently in Australia, and it seems Jana made the trip along with most of the rest of her family.

In all likelihood, she’ll resume regular contact with Josh and his family upon her return to the States.

It’s bad news for those who would like to see Josh endure some sort of comeuppance.

But on the bright side, it’s good news for little Meredith.

Dick Gregory’s Son Says Emmys Didn’t Contact Family, Snub ‘Highly Disrespectful’

Dick Gregory’s family didn’t hear a peep from anyone involved with the Emmys regarding honoring the iconic comedian, and they absolutely consider it a slap in the face. One of Dick’s sons, Christian Gregory, tells TMZ the omission Sunday night from…

Bethenny Frankel: I Need ZERO Contact with Jason Hoppy!

We may have seen Bethenny Frankel break down in tears in the latest Real Housewives of New York City, but she knows that there’s a way that she can move forward.

We’ve all heard about how Jason Hoppy has put Bethenny Frankel in hell through all of his alleged stalking and harassment and their nightmarish divorce battle.

Bethenny says that she knows how this has to end.

So, Bethenny Frankel’s divorce from Jason Hoppy was long, painful, and nightmarishly expensive.

They may be exes now, but they’ll always be linked through their young daughter, Bryn.

Jason Hoppy’s arrest back in January was actually over threats that he’s accused of making to Bethenny Frankel at Bryn’s school.

(Imagine threatening the mother of your child at your child’s school — that’s so unimaginably hateful)

Jason Hoppy was arraigned on additional stalking charges over the summer, before that first arrest was even dealt with in court.

The details weren’t immediately made apparent, but it appears that he may have been harassing a third party as part of his alleged campaign of harassment against Bethenny.

Like … does he not have hobbies?

Don’t get us wrong — Bethenny Frankel can come across as callous and dismissive of other people’s problems sometimes.

(A lot, actually)

But there’s a difference between having what some might call an “abrasive” personality and being an actual menace.

Jason Hoppy is due back in court in September (his motion to have the charges against him was dismissed earlier this month), and maybe Bethenny will get some sort of resolution then.

Bethenny Frankel lamented to Andy Cohen how her conflict with Jason Hoppy has impacted her relationship with other Real Housewives.

But she knows what can resolve this and put it behind her.

“Any resolution is legally mandated and I’m fine with that.”

She’s putting a lot of faith in the court.

“I don’t care what happens, I have faith that somehow I will be able to live a normal free life.”

Basically, she’s not campaigning to have Jason Hoppy put in prison. But there’s just one thing that she needs.

“But it has to be with zero contact. Because with any contact, this will not end.”

She says that she can’t accurately describe what this has been like for her.

She does temporarily lapse into some unfortunate hyperbole.

“It is indescribable and it is inexplicable and it’s like, if someone wants to talk about like a war zone in Israel, how are you going to explain that to someone?”

But she quickly clarifies that she’s not trying to equate her situation with a genuine humanitarian crisis.

“I’m not comparing this to actual war but in my life, you can’t even imagine the torment that this has been. There’s no way to describe it.”

We get it — trauma is difficult to articulate. When you try, you feel like you sound silly. It’s not silly, though.

“I just stifled it in because if I let any of it out, I’m going to totally break down. I can’t believe this happened to me.”

Keeping it suppressed doesn’t work, in the long term. While things are going on, bottling things up helps you survive.

Over time, though, those coping mechanisms backfire. That’s why PTSD is so rough.

And yes, you can absolutely get PTSD from stalking.

Bethenny found the entire struggle to be inescapable.

“It was part of my life. I thought I was never getting out of it. I couldn’t even understand it. How can I explain this to everybody?”

We know that she’s doing charity work to help other women, but we wonder if she’s met with a victim advocate to try to just articulate her own situation.

Bethenny isn’t really the “ask for help’ type, but it really might help her.

“You’ve never — it is torture. So that’s why I didn’t explain it. There’s no way to describe this to anybody. Nobody would believe it.”

Jason Hoppy might not be done tormenting her, though, because he didn’t immediately accept a plea deal that would have basically gotten him off scott free.

We have to ask why he’s so obsessed with having contact with Bethenny that he would apparently rather continue his court battle than continue to be legally barred from having contact with her.

Maybe he doesn’t want it on his record or claims that he’s innocent — though an officer was a witness to and confirmed Bethenny Frankel’s account of the January incident at Bryn’s school, so … good luck with that?

More than anything else, we hope that this situation doesn’t hurt Bryn.
