No word on if Ariana Grande is trying to book him for a “Thank u, Necks” remix.
The son of Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber — who has become a force in the modeling world — ended the year on a bad note … getting arrested for DUI.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … cops pulled Presley Gerber over Sunday at around 4 AM in Beverly Hills for speeding in his Tesla. Cops say he reeked of booze, so they gave him a field sobriety test … which he failed.
The 19-year-old model was booked for DUI and released without bail.
In California, it doesn’t matter what his blood alcohol level was … there is zero tolerance for underage drivers who drink. A .01 will get you arrested.
If convicted, Presley will automatically have his driver’s license suspended for at least 1 year.
Presley’s lawyer, Scott Spindel, tells TMZ, his client has no criminal record and has never been arrested, adding, “Presley Gerber takes this very seriously and is taking the necessary steps to address the allegations.”
Presley’s still a teenager but he’s already huge in the modeling world. He’s been signed to IMG for several years now and has done campaigns for Calvin Klein, Doce & Gabbana and Paris Vogue.
Nirvana‘s famous smiley face design was stolen by clothing brand Marc Jacobs … so says the band in a new lawsuit.
The docs claim, in November 2018, MJ announced the release of its “Bootleg Redux Grunge” collection. Included in the collection were socks, shirts and sweaters. The MJ line featured a squiggly yellow smiley face.
Problem is, Nirvana has owned the trademark to a very similar smiley face design since 1992 … and says “Bootleg Redux Grunge” is a blatant ripoff of the design.
The lawsuit also claims Nirvana as one of the founders of the “Grunge” music scene … so even the Marc Jacobs’ line name was hatched thanks to the band.
We’ve reached out to a rep for Marc Jacobs for comment … so far, no word back.
Famous Dex falling asleep on IG Live had fans concerned about his health, and it turns out they’re not the only ones … his camp is working overtime to help the kid kick drugs.
TMZ has learned the Chicago rapper passing out in the middle of his live stream earlier this week was just the latest troubling sign that he’s got a drug problem. We’ve been told Dex abuses opioids.
In case you missed it, FD literally nodded off in the middle of talking to his followers and playing music. His head began to lean forward and his lit blunt rested on his hand for a while before he finally woke back up. The disturbing scene was alarming to his fan base.
Dex later responded on the same platform, telling folks he’d simply fallen asleep because he was tired from working in the studio for so long … and it was all much ado about nothin’.
Thing is, we’re told that’s just not the case. Sources say Dex was upset by the video of himself passing out and expressed a desire of never wanting to see himself like that again. The problem … he’s tried getting treatment, but always circles back to drugs.
This is how bad it’s gotten for Dex — we’ve learned there’s someone who is always by Dex’s side for the sole purpose of making sure he’s coherent enough to do his job. We’re also being told that, at times, there’s even someone who sleeps in the same bed to make sure he’s okay. His team is actively working to get him the help he needs.
“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star Tresure Price thinks the cop who arrested her for DUI had a personal vendetta … or really hates reality TV and took it out on her.
Tresure tells TMZ … she believes the cop who pulled her over last week in Atlanta, recognized her from the show and gave her an extra hard time because of it — she alleges the officer even got “a little rough” with her.
Price claims she passed the officer’s field sobriety test, but was still cuffed and thrown in the back of a squad car … without being buckled up.
We broke the story … as Tresure was being hauled to the station, the cop had to slam on her brakes and the ‘L&HH’ star was propelled forward. She tells us her face smashed into the cage as a result, leaving her with whiplash, bruises and a nasty knot on her forehead.
Price insists she wasn’t intoxicated, and suggests the cop escalated her traffic violation into something greater … simply because she’s a TV personality.
For the record, cops say Tresure bombed the field sobriety tests and refused a Breathalyzer … and there’s no mention of an officer getting physical with her.
Regardless, she’s lawyered up.
Atlanta PD tells TMZ … Tresure has not filed a complaint regarding her arrest, and they would advise her to do so if she feels one of their officers acted inappropriately.
