Amber Portwood Reacts to Matt Baier Marriage News: NO 1 CURRR!!

Amber Portwood’s response to Matt Baier’s surprise wedding bombshell isn’t what a lot of people expected, given the couple’s history.

The Teen Mom OG star’s longtime boyfriend and sometime fiance got married this week in Las Vegas … but she has no f–ks to give.

Despite their intense relationship – they were engaged for over a year, and together as recently as this summer – Amber is just over it.

The Teen Mom OG star “doesn’t care” about her ex-fiance’s surprise marriage, a source reveals, and that’s pretty much all there is to it.

“Amber is happy in her new life,” the insider says.

“She doesn’t care that Matt is married.”

As previously reported, Matt Baier married Jennifer Conlin earlier this week; Matt and Jennifer have been together for just a few months.

According to The Ashley’s Reality Roundup, which broke the story late Tuesday, Conlon is 35-year-old waitress at a Las Vegas restaurant.

She’s also a single mother of two daughters of her own; Baier has between seven and nine kids (reports vary) from previous relationships.

Little is known about his romance with Conlon, including how or when exactly they got together, and Matt says he’s keeping it that way.

Baier told E! News, is “not a public figure … we kept our relationship private,” he says, adding that he never proposed to Jennifer either.

“It was one of those situations where it just kind of felt like the right thing. We really get each other. We both have overcome a lot of stuff.”

“It felt like the right thing to do,” Matt added.

“It just kind of happened that way.”

Portwood did not have any advance notice about it, from what we’re told, as The Ashley reports “Amber [was] not aware that he got married.

She and Baier officially ended their turbulent relationship this past August, not long after calling off their wedding for the second time.

The final straw was when Baier, a recovering drug addict, offered her co-star member Catelynn Lowell a Xanax at a press day in NYC.

This was upsetting for several reasons, not the least of which that it’s illegal, but perhaps more significantly, that he claimed to be sober.

His authenticity called into question, Baier later took a lie detector test and failed when pressed about sexual advances toward others.

Amber later opened up about the breakup:

“It was rough, but it was a necessary thing to do. I needed to see where I was in my head and it’s a beautiful thing because I just feel better.”

A major reason she’s feeling better is Andrew Glennon, a crew member she met on Marriage Boot Camp (which she filmed with Baier).

While she went on that show ostensibly to reconcile – or at least reach some level of closure – with Baier, things took a different turn.

She ended up dating Glennon, and though she insists there was no cheating or overlap with Matt, that relationship progressed quickly.

Five months later, Portwood, the mother of 9-year-old Leah with ex Gary Shirley, as Teen Mom fans know, is having a baby with Andrew.

“When I first found out I was a little scared. I don’t know what to expect. Having a new baby is new likes, new wants, new needs,” she said.

“So it’s very nerve-racking,” Portwood added, insisting that despite that, ”We’re both very happy. I feel like it’s a new chapter of my life.”

It sure is.

Wendy Williams Blasts Kenya Moore: Your Marriage is a Fraud! You Should Be Fired!

Wendy Williams went ahead this afternoon and did what she does best:

She stuck her irritating nose where it doesn’t come close to belonging.

On Sunday night’s emotional episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya Moore admitted that her marriage to Marc Daly is already in trouble.

The two got hitched this summer in a shocking ceremony that reportedly even took Bravo executives by surprise.

There was talk earlier this year that Moore might be fired from The Real Housewives because she didn’t let network cameras film her wedding.

Heck, she barely even let producers know she was getting married!

Details on Daly remain very fuzzy, but Moore said on the latest installment of this reality show that her husband is “in the corporate world” and is a “former Wall Street banker and now an entrepreneur.”

Daly lives in New York City; Moore remains in Atlanta; and, yes, there’s already trouble in romantic paradise.

“My husband is just feeling very overwhelmed because he’s a private person,” Moore said at one point, latter crying through a closed door:

“I don’t want to get divorced.”

Sad stuff.

So, naturally, Williams felt like it was her duty to pile on.

“Shut up,” the talk show angrily told Moore during her Hot Topics segment on Monday, adding:

“I don’t even know if she’s really married, but if you are really married, then you’re just beginning. You want to know the pressure of being married in the public eye? I believe nothing she said.

“They need to kick her off the show.

“You live in Atlanta, your man lives in Brooklyn.

“If you want to have a real marriage, you have to be in the same town, in the same house, in the same bed.”

Williams, whose husband has been accused of having an affair, is definitely in the position to lecture someone else about how to have a happy marriage, don’t you think?

We’d say we’re shocked that Williams would offer up a scathing opinion on something she knows nothing about…

… but that’s like saying we’re surprised when water is wet or the sun rises everyday.

This is just what Wendy Williams does.

Heck, she recently blamed a rape accuser for having been allegedly raped by Nelly just because… well… we don’t even know why.

Because she knew he would earn her headlines and ratings, we guess.

In this case, Williams is maybe making less sense than ever.

Producers ought to kick Moore off the show because she’s maybe in a weird marital arrangement that is causing her strife?

We’re pretty sure that’s the tagline for ALL Real Housewives shows:

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar: SLAMMED For Offering Marriage Advice on Facebook!

There are many words that are commonly associated with the Duggars on social media.

“Courtship,” “side-hug,” and “Quiverfull” are among the unusual terms that are strangely familiar to Counting On fans.

But there’s one word that might be used more often than any other in describing Jim Bob, Michelle, and their massive brood–“hypocritical.”

Yes, ever since news of the Josh Duggar sex scandals went public, the family has been accused of rampant hypocrisy on a seemingly daily basis.

And the evidence that the Duggars don’t quite practice what they preach just keeps piling up.

Obviously, their tolerance for Josh’s child molestation and marital infidelity is the most damning incident, but the Duggars have proven on countless occasions that they have no qualms about saying one thing in public and doing the exact opposite in private.

Whether it’s Jim Bob hoarding while espousing the virtues of Christian charity, or Michelle encouraging abusive parenting techniques while preaching love and compassion, the Duggars see utterly unashamed of the many inconsistencies in their belief system.

Of course, their greatest hypocrisy will always be evident in their interactions with Josh, and fans are always quick to call them out on it:

Michelle and Jim Bob posted the above photo on Facebook yesterday with a caption reading:

“Treasure your spouse! Godly husbands and wives are blessings from the Lord!

“Remember to tell them that you love them, that you are thankful for them, and that you will always have their back. It’s the little things that speak volumes!!”

Naturally, many of the family’s Facebook followers were quick to point out the irony of Duggars offering marital advice:

“Was Josh treasuring Anna when he was on Ashley Madison? The only thing worth treasuring here is your hypocrisy,” wrote one commenter.

“You support the serial adulterer, thrice married sexual predator,” remarked another.

“You no longer get to decide what ‘godly’ means and you sure as hell don’t represent god. Have several seats, hypocrites.”

The Josh-related criticism has been louder than usual in recent weeks thanks to the Duggars’ efforts to reintroduce Josh to their fans.

Insiders have even speculated that Josh might return to TV during the current season of his family’s reality show.

It’s difficult to imagine the Duggars being so brazen, but all signs seem to point in that direction.

Josh has been appearing on his parents’ social media pages more than ever lately, and many fans believe it’s part of a slow acclimation process.

Hopefully, Jim Bob and Michelle will take incidents like this as a reminder that Josh will never be welcomed by the public.

But knowing them, they’ll probably keep right on forcing the issue.
