Cameran Eubanks: Apologizes, Vows to Never Again Mention Vaccines

Southern Charm is no stranger to controversy — most notably the stunning rise and fall of Thomas Ravenel.

This time, it’s Cameran Eubanks who’s been put in the hotseat. Not by police, but by her own followers.

When she shared her opinion about vaccines, the backlash was so intense that she deleted her tweet — and apologized.

On Thursday, Southern Charm star Cameran Eubanks decided to encourage her followers to make responsible health decisions.

She posted a photo of the bandage on her arm, announcing that she had just receive her flu vaccine for this year.

Cameran then encouraged her fans and followers to do the same.

It’s not just the right thing to do for themselves — it can help to protect others, including those with compromised immune systems.

The backlash to her post was enough that she promptly deleted it.

Cameran Eubanks apologizes on Instagram

After deleting her post, she shared an undeserved apology message with her followers.

“I just deleted a post that I made today about my belief in getting the flu shot,” she began.

“Never did I think it would cause such a fuss,” she explains.

A few years ago, it might not have. But thanks to internet algorithms, dangerous misinformation spreads like a virus.

“I’m sorry to all I offended who don’t believe in vaccinating themselves and their children,” she writes.

“If you do not vaccinate I do not think you are stupid or wrong,” Cameran generously claims.

Not everyone would be so charitable in their assessment of people who endanger their children and others by believing falsehoods.

“We just disagree,” she writes.

“I have always said I will not talk about religion or politics on social media,” Cameran concludes. “And now I’m adding vaccines too.”

This is not the first time that Cameran has been taken aback by an unexpected controversy.

“Palmer had hers today,” Cameran shared about her 11-month-old. “I played baby shark and not even a whimper. Couldn’t believe it. God bless that annoying ass song!”

Her Southern Charm costar, the incomparable Patricia Altschul, also posted on Thursday after she received her flu shot.

“@caconover is right! I just had my flu shot and I can only walk backwards #southerncharm #medicine.”

Craig Conover, everyone’s favorite formerly reformed playboy who talks like a frat guy, has some wild opinions about vaccines.

He called them a “crazy government shot” that would force him to walk backwards for the rest of his life.

Honestly, that’s not the worst thing that we’ve heard an anti-vaxxer say, but … that’s not saying much.

Patricia was not the only one who leapt to Cameran’s defense.

“Um your post literally reminded me to sign up for ours,” wrote one fan. “Appointments booked. Thank you for posting about it!”

“It’s not a matter of belief or disbelief, nor opinion. It’s a matter of science and facts,” correctly asserted another fan.

That comment continued: “Vaccines save lives and suffering and those who choose not to certainly have the right to that choice, but yeah, they are wrong.”

“My family doesn’t get the flu shot,” wrote another commenter. “And I still found nothing wrong with your post!”

Vaccinations aren’t just a personal decision — they help protect those with compromised immune systems through “herd immunity.”

Someone whose immune system doesn’t function at full capacity cannot be vaccinated, so they are vulnerable to the flu — or something worse, like measles.

But everyone with whom they come into contact is vaccinated, then they are insulated by the “herd” and less likely to be exposed to a contagion.

As for the theories about vaccines being dangerous … some of that is misinformation, and some is fearmongering.

(Personal note: I am one of the one-in-a-million people who had a strongly adverse reaction to a vaccination as an infant; the real virus would have been worse and I’m glad that I was vaccinated)

Vaccines do not cause autism, but even if they did, we would all rather see a child be autistic than die of a preventable disease.

Beyonce & Jay Z Renew Vows: Did He Get Caught Cheating Again?!

By now, you’ve certainly heard the news that Jay Z cheated on Beyonce.

After all, you’d have go back to the infidelities of Zeus or William Jefferson Clinton to find an affair that’s been so thoroughly documented, rhapsodized, scrutinized, and bemoaned.

First, Bey told us the tale of “Becky With the Good Hair” on her Lemonade album, one of the most stirring chronicles of a scorned spouse’s emotional roller coaster ride in recent memory.

Shortly thereafter, Jay admitted to cheating and thoroughly abased himself on his 4:44 album.

He later claimed that his infidelity made him a better person, but since Queen Bey has chosen to ignore that foolishness, we will as well.

In the months since the Carter kingdom nearly came crumbling down, Jay and Bey have worked hard to restore trust and rebuild their relationship.

And now it seems they want their loyal subjects to know that the royal couple of hip-hop is still reigning supreme together.

Last night, Jay and Bey kicked off their On the Run II in Cardiff in the U.K.

The concert featured a short film that seemed to be created for the sole purpose of demonstrating to fans that all is well in Carter Land.

The montage showed Jay and Beyonce renewing their vows and holding babies while a series of Hallmark-y affirmations flashed on the screen:

“THIS IS REAL LOVE” “LOVE IS UNIVERSAL” and “LOVE NEVER CHANGES,” they read.

We get it, you guys!

Damn, y’all are like one of those couples on Facebook that gets a joint account and posts constant love memes after one of them gets caught sleeping around.

This is the A-list celebrity equivalent of your broke friend constantly posting quotes from Warren Buffett and Bill Gates.

So yes, the montage featured lots of showy confirmations that Jay and Bey are very much still in love.

It also featured something much more hilarious — stunt babies!

“At the end of the show the Carter babies were included in a family collage [however] the babies in the film clip at the beginning were not their children,” a source close to the couple tells People magazine.

It’s an interesting detail that’s left some fans with a big question:

Is Jay and Bey’s reconciliation as fake as their onscreen offspring?!

"I Meghan, take you, Harry, to be my husband, to have and to hold from this day forward," says Harry to open his vows, adding:

"For better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part; according to God's holy law. In the presence of God I make this vow."

And then Markle echoes this sentiment:

I Harry, take you, Meghan, to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward; for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part; according to God's holy law.

In the presence of God I make this vow.

Following his marriage, Harry is now the Duke of Sussex, Earl of Dumbarton and Baron Kilkeel and will be known around Kensington Palce as His Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex.

Markle, meanwhile, is Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex.

Pretty cool, huh?

Amy Schumer Vows to Keep Blowing Her Husband

Amy Schumer took fans by extreme surprise this month when she went out and got married to Chris Fischer.

The comedian and the celebrity chef got married on a random Tuesday afternoon in Malibu, expressing their perpetual love for each other in front of family members and friends.

Now, two weeks after shocking the entertainment world with her wedding, Schumer has provided a few more details about her big day…

… one of which does NOT come as a surprise.

“Part of the thing that's good about us getting married so quickly is that we're so in love," Schumer said on SiriusXM’s You Up With Nikki Glaser podcast, adding:

"Every girl I know, if they get proposed to they're like, ‘Oh now? Now that I can't have kids!'"

Schumer also explained how she penned her vows in 20 minutes and how she isn't very proud of what she said; although one thing she said fits the persona this occasionally NSFW comic has developed for herself.

"In my vows I go, ‘I promise I’ll keep going down on you, even though everyone tells me I won’t,’” she joked, comparing her loving words to those of Fischer:

“And his were like, heckling me too. He was like, ‘The other day I lost a tennis match and you called me a fucking loser.’ It was all like, awful shit."

There were some sweet words exchanged between the newlyweds, too, however.

Schumer has shared a video filmed during the ceremony and reception, some of which includes Schumer and Fischer standing before their attendees and saying some pretty terrific things to one another.

"People are wondering, 'Why the rush?' and it's because I truly cannot wait another second to be your wife. I love you," Amy says down below, to which Fischer replied:

"I love you, Amy. You bring happiness and joy to every part of my life. You are the best thing that ever happened to me. I love you with every piece of my heart."

Excuse us while we go in a corner and melt from happiness, okay?

As for how Schumer feels now that she's married?

"It feels f-cking good! I'm a wife as hell," she gushed on the aforementioned podcast.
